1. Sizing and Orders
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Each product may have different sizing, and it's the customer's responsibility to check the measurements provided.

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds due to sizing issues, change of mind, or any other personal reason.

2. No Exchange or Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to hygiene and handling standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the item received is defective or incorrect (see Section 3).

If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Delivery and Contact Information
A valid phone number is required at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. This number will be provided to the courier for delivery coordination.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information, missed delivery attempts, or incomplete addresses.

4. Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payment and apple pay.

5. Order Processing and Shipping
